Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial  Consultant to join our Commercial Property Management division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the long-term health of our clients’ commercial properties. As a critical communicator between landlords, tenants, and trades, the successful candidate will manage property conditions and oversee short-term and long-term maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the commercial sales and leasing portfolio.
• Negotiate the sale and leasing of commercial properties, achieving positive outcomes for clients.
• Prepare high-quality property appraisals, proposals, and tailored marketing recommendations.
• Conduct property inspections and provide informed advice on market conditions and property performance.
• Qualify prospective purchasers and tenants, including undertaking tenant screening where required.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and local business networks.
• Coordinate property marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to maximise property exposure.
• Provide professional advice and guidance throughout the sales and leasing process while negotiating favourable commercial outcomes on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and effectively manage sales and leasing opportunities using the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with the commercial property management team to identify cross-referral opportunities and deliver exceptional client service.
• Stay informed of local market trends, legislative requirements, and industry developments to provide accurate advice and maintain compliance.

Key Requirements

• Qualification in Real Estate Practice supporting eligibility for a SA Sales Representative and Property Management registration, or a willingness to complete the required Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice modules.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Professional presentation, high ethical standards, and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Current and valid driver’s licence.
