Complete Commercial is a dedicated and dynamic team focused on the long-term health and success of our clients’ commercial investments. We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Consultant to join our Commercial Property Management division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the long-term health of our clients’ commercial properties. As a critical communicator between landlords, tenants, and trades, the successful candidate will manage property conditions and oversee short-term and long-term maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular property inspections to assess and ensure property conditions
– Detailed reporting and document control
– Data Entry
– Manage and coordinate maintenance projects, including both immediate repairs and long-term upkeep.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and ensuring their satisfaction.
-Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for property management challenges.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong task management and problem-solving abilities.
– Professional demeanour with close attention to detail.
– Exceptional reporting and project management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Confidence and innovation in servicing clients and growing capabilities.
– Passion for client satisfaction.
