Complete Commercial is a dedicated and dynamic team focused on the long-term health and success of our clients’ commercial investments. We are committed to providing quality service to the local commercial real estate sector and pride ourselves on our professionalism, attention to detail, and innovative approach to property management.
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Consultant to join our Commercial Property Management division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the long-term health of our clients’ commercial properties. As a critical communicator between landlords, tenants, and trades, the successful candidate will manage property conditions and oversee short-term and long-term maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular property inspections to assess and ensure property conditions
– Detailed reporting and document control
– Data Entry
– Manage and coordinate maintenance projects, including both immediate repairs and long-term upkeep.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and ensuring their satisfaction.
-Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for property management challenges.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong task management and problem-solving abilities.
– Professional demeanour with close attention to detail.
– Exceptional reporting and project management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Confidence and innovation in servicing clients and growing capabilities.
– Passion for client satisfaction.
